7/86 to present, general contractor licensed in the State of California..I have specialized in kitchens and baths, developing skills in nearly all of the associated trades.

6/78 to 7/86 I went into partnership with the world's greatest guy ,"my dad" Gordon Nicholls.

Our design and build company in Bellingham was Design Plus. We took on numerous complete house projects, remodels, and even a medical center. Gordy's desire to finally retire , and my desire to get to the good weather brought me to California.

8/76 to 6/78 I was a licensed contractor in Bellingham, Washington doing mostly "design and build" projects under the name of Nicholls Construction.

9/71 to 7/76 Bachelor of Arts, Urban and Regional Planning, Western Washington University. Worked part time as a salesman at one of the largest and most complete building centers on the west coast, Georgia Pacific Distribution Center.We shipped "villages" to Alaska's North Slope.

As a family, my wife of over 25 years, Carmen, and my two wonderful daughters, Brittany and Ricki, live in an Eichler style home in the Willow Glen area of San Jose.
